I have purchased a two bhk flat in Super Tech Romano sector 118.All dues were settled last year in February and in March I received the ndc letter.
My flat is in tower A4/03 where some civil work is required to be done.its been almost a year the unit is not yet delivered inspite of paying all the dues.

I tried to contact the concerned person who are taking care but every time they have different reason for the delay...

We have booked unit in 2018 and possession was due in 2019 however it's 2023 still it's under construction, when we asked for another unit they showed us very poor quality flats with high rates. I have taken a previlage holiday package membership of SM Vacation World on 28th May 2018 having membership number - SH/000556 at Country Inn Hotel, Meerut. For this they charged 60000 plus AMC.
