I have purchased a two bhk flat in Super Tech Romano sector 118.All dues were settled last year in February and in March I received the ndc letter.
My flat is in tower A4/03 where some civil work is required to be done.its been almost a year the unit is not yet delivered inspite of paying all the dues.

I tried to contact the concerned person who are taking care but every time they have different reason for the delay in possession.

I would request to please look into this matter so that the possession can be handed over

    I own a flat (1008) in tower A2 tower in Supertech ecovillage 1. I was promised for 3 month possession after I completely pay dues and advance payments for all formalities and Maintanence. Later I got no revert and I had no other choice to keep a keen check and make regular visits to project office as a daily task since last summer .I have been on continuous follow up with project head to supervisors of tower and to lower staffs too blamed sometimes funds while other times workers for delay … I have been enough patient and got chased enough and finally few days ago I got handover.and when I stepped into flat the work quality, the material and the supervision was zero . I am so fed up and disappointed with the work ans again I am chasing them for same … if my complaint is not taken seriously, this time I will take legal action … against all the people who kept chasing me and assuring me for delay but perfect work …

      Hi,

      I booked my Retail shop # 032A in Green Village Meerut on 23rd Jan 2016. BSP of shop was Rs 923, 400. I paid Rs 109, 000 on 30 Jan 2016 as an initial payment. Details of the shop is as follows.

      Project :- Green Village, Meerut
      SO Number :- 4004209
      Customer ID ;- 1099424
      Unit No :- C015LGF032A

      Supertech promised me to give possession on 31 March 2017, but he did not fulfill the promise at said date. Also, they did not send me allotment letter for my shop for two yrs. After two yrs. waiting, Supertech sent execution of allotment letter on 5 June 2019, in which supertech included extra charges that were not at the time of booking. I booked my shop with MS Shikha (Sales Rep) and Navneet Teotia at that time. Supertech included three undue charges as follows.

      1) Power Backup - Rs 20, 000
      2) Electrical Charges - Rs 40, 000
      3) PLC Corner -Val - Rs 81, 000

      I requested to remove those unnecessary charges and send the allotment request again, but they did not listen. Since then I have been following up with them via phone call, text and email but they did not reply. After long time waiting for my request, I met with Navneet Teotia and Shikha at Green Village Meerut and Navneet promised me to remove the unnecessary charges. I trusted him and issued a cheque of my Shop amount Rs 10, 44, 285 towards full and final settlement of my shop on 4 Nov 2022.

      I trusted on Navneet (Area Manager) for my shop's final settlement but still today he has not fulfilled his promise. I am chasing him like a hell and he is not picking up my call, not responding to my what's up and email. I paid full amount of my shop as he requested but still, I have not received following things from him (Supertech)

      1) Allotment Letter
      2) No due certificate (NDC)

      He did not provide me with NDC of my shop but took my money giving false promise. I have nothing except the receipt of money that I paid to Supertech. My husband (Amit Sharma) has been taking care of everything and following him and His senior (Pradeep Thakur) since 7 Yrs. but they are not listening. I don't know what I should do?

      I request you to provide me with all documents of my shop including Allotment Letter, NDC, Possession because I don't have patience now.

      I request you to take action ASAP.

        Dear Sir,

        A parking allotment was provided to me by the maintenance team of Cape Town Supertech in Sector 74, Noida. As an owner of CG5 1104, I have been allotted parking space number 6445 on the ground floor. However, this parking space has been unapproachable for the past eight years, despite numerous discussions with the maintenance team.

        Over the years, I have reached out to various individuals related to parking issues in the Supertech Maintenance Office, including Brijesh ji, Chaman ji, etc. I have personally informed the maintenance office of the issue as well. Despite my efforts, no permanent solution has been provided, and I have been forced to shift my parking location six times, from the ground floor to the basement and back again.

        Although the maintenance team has provided temporary parking spaces, these have been short-lived, and I have been forced to shift again after a few days. This has caused a great deal of inconvenience and frustration for me.

        Therefore, I kindly request that the Supertech head office Team to provide me with a parking location on the basement level, with an approachable location to CG-5 tower. I hope that this issue can be resolved soon, and I would appreciate your urgent attention to this matter.

          I would like to register the official complaint against the unit N81A I purchase in your project Hill Town in Sohna, Gurugram.

          It's been more than 7 years and after unlimited discussions with Site GM, Site PM Mohan ji and sales person Neha ji and also regularly visiting the site every 3 months. It is now over our heads and I don't get any confidence or clarity from any of the above persons.

          I would like to either exit from this property and get full refund on the principle and interest I have paid to Supertech or PNBHousing or get it transferred to any other ready to move property with same rate when I investied here.

            I have buy project I am paying emi every month and builder is not doing any single effort hand over the project whenever I talk to project team they always give fund issue we will start 2 month that too month never come it’s happen from last 2 year I am fed of giving rent even i buy a flat but I don’t have flat to stay in own home

              I am waiting to get possession it’s really delay from 2 year I am always calling to the supertech several No but no one pick my call and when I visit office they ask me lot of details even they don’t know when this construction started I am really getting tired of these builder I want a clear instruction when they will handover the flat in eco village 3 where all construction work is stop from last 4 year I want to know when did I got my flat I am paying hard money emi to the bank

                I've booked a unit in 2018 and possession was due in July 2019. Now it's 2023 and here I am, still waiting. Neither there is a sign of construction nor any intimation from the builder. I've even tried there every single number. I'm paying EMIs, losing my hard earned money and it's totally worthless. I'm looking for a solution. It's financial as well as mental harrasment. Is there any complaint group against them.?? Now I want to take some legal action against them.

                  I booked a flat in Supertech's Officers Enclave under " Supertech's Hill TOWN" Sohna Road Sec 2 flat no N-91D and I was promised the possession will be handed over in Jul 2019 as per planned . However there has been no construction until today in the entire area and neither there is any update regarding the same from the builer side nor any contact number where I can get any info. It's causing financial implications as well as mental harrasment. Is there any contact or any complaint group.? Need help.

                    We have 2 units booked C-1( 1108 & 1107 in the name of Payal Gupta & Vijay Garg). Please check the attachment of the court order.

                    Again I will go to the court if I found the wrong amount you are charged & also take help of social media to Escalate this case.

                    I need urgent rectification in the Demand letter raised by you which is totally wrong. I need below Rectification with settlement of Delay payment from your side

                    Note :- Also Share the Photo of my Project, Building, Floor & Flat.

                    Points which is to be Ratified

                    1. escalation charges are never levied on delayed possession. ( Prepared by & Approved by Name & Sign missing which I Required to file court case)

                    2. I Booked you Apartment on 13th Feb 2013 by paying 3 Lac booking Amount in Pre-Launch stage & after that your project was launched in July 2013 & at that time you demanded the money which i Pay.

                    Note :- In pre-Launching you have give some papers in which you clearly mention that demand will start after Launching there will be no Right till the time customer not received the Allotment Letter

                    3. There is no delay in my payment whenever you raise the demand letter. I paid all the installment before time so the amount you charged Rs 47, 805 is totally false.

                    4. In Pre-Possession outstanding Statement you mention

                    Electricity Charges Rs 25, 000 per KYV + Tax (Optional)

                    Power back up charges Rs 25, 000 Per KVA + Tax (Optional)

                    Note :- Above charges already included in Total cost of Rs 29, 58750 & we already paid that So now change the Pre- Possession letter & mention that you already Received both the Amount.

                    5. Labour Welfare charges is not mention in Allotment letter so why I will pay for that

                    6. Again on sheet in calculation of Net Dues again you charge Service tax & GST which you already charged on

                    Interest on Delay payment + TAX

                    Water connection charges + TAX which is 18%

                    Labour welfare charges + Tax which is 18%

                    Note :- If you charge any payment which is not valid then I will go to the court.

                      I am owner of flat in supertech Ecociti sec 137.I was allotted parking spot no 467 at time of purchasing flat. Later reason unknown it was cancelled without notice and no subscribe permanent spot is allotted. We want permanent parking back.

                        Our possession was meant to be given in 2016, but as you know there had been a delay in this project but in January 2023 letter was sent to us that our flat will be given in the last February 2023 .All our payments are clear from our side .since then they are just proctinating but no action has been taken .
                        So kindly go through our problem and resolve it as soon as possible.we need our possession.

                          I have purchased the Flat and paid the full amount of Eco Village 1, Tower -B2
                          Flat 2002. I want to get this registered or refund the full amount. My flat is lying in dust and they make store by putting lots of things. Since Supertech is bankrupt how my problem will get solve ? I want my money back now.

                            We have booked unit in 2018 and possession was due in 2019 however it's 2023 still it's under construction, when we asked for another unit they showed us very poor quality flats with high rates. We are giving emi with our rent and ita totally worthless there is no such help. We are looking for a solution

                                Sub: refund of the Deposit Money in Supertech
                                Dear Sir,
                                I have bought one loan in dec 2017 in favour of supertech ltd for 1.17 cr & 0.03 cr insurance totaling to 1.2 Cr. Apart from this initial deposits were there for allocating cc2 102 apartments in Supertech Captown.
                                To my surprise the flat was sold to some one else in 2021...

                                I have taken a previlage holiday package membership of SM Vacation World on 28th May 2018 having membership number - SH/000556 at Country Inn Hotel, Meerut. For this they charged 60000 plus AMC. All the documents provided at that time have clearly indicated that they are a part of Supertech Group. Whenever I tried to booked for any destination they denied citing reason that it is not available. They had given me mental harassment, done fraud with me. They are using my money with out giving me any benefit. The phone numbers provided are not in service anymore. No one respond over the email. They also promised for clubbing service but denied later on.
                                I want full refund of the money taken by Supertech.

                                  I have booked the apartment in 2015 in CV9 tower, supertech Capetown and was supposed to get the possession in 2017 and still no update regarding the possession of the flat. I already tried calling and visiting the office but no one gives a proper reply. They always say it will be completed during Diwali or next March.
                                  In recent call they told me the possession will happen in March but when I visited the site, I realized the building is still under construction.
                                  At least they can provide the right information and stop cheating us.

                                    Supertech — Project pending from last Five years
                                    I have booked a flat in supertech ecovillage- 3, tower B25 Unit address (1401) floor-14th on 13Dec-2012.As per agreement he should be handover on Dec 2016.If he will not provide after May2017 then he will pay the penalty.                                     Nothing progress in ecovillage- 3, tower B25.So many times I have visited over site but situation is same as per previous. Also i have raised the issue So many times but nothing response from your end.
