[Resolved]  BPCL — Gas Cylinder not delivered

I am facing problem with your agency in Bharat Gas Gopalpuram, Chennai, TN( opp stella marry college), They people are misguiding and harassing me.I would like to explain my story in brief .Now it your time, how you will take action !!!

On Sep08, I went to Gas Agency directly as the gas is cylindered was not delivered on time. Those guys were harrassing me / not responding to my call. They asked me to go to Godown to collect it when I went there the respective person was not there. Then they asked me to get hold of the guy by myself as he has went on delivery. I was totally frustrated how ever I went and catch hold of that guy and got the cylinder.
when I was trying to book next month they told me 21days I would like to appreciate BPCL policy, this way, my due date of booking is around 20th oct . when I made call on on 25th they booked, ( No ref number given to me), when I want to know status they told me that it is not booked, again said now it will be booked, after one week they will deliver, but again same scenario continues till today ( November 03).

Today, ( monday morning) keeping all my pririty works at the back and I went to the agency directly then did not even treat me propoerly and they were harassing me like anything. As far as now i have booked cylinder for 3 times, but I have not given any reference for these booking ?

Why system is not transparent?

Why ref number not given to customer?

Why online booking is not available?

I will appreciate your effort to make system more transparent, while booking on phone, customer should be given ref number, same thing you can produce while online booking .

Now India is IT leader in world wide market, BPCL one of major Gas company in India .

Please try to resolve this issue ...every month i am keep on struggling for this gas .
I prefer to change my agencies rather then Gopalapuram, to any of the nearest centre to royapettah ., Chennai


This gopalpuram agency is horrible, experience, once in year i can bear but not every month . I can not keep on struggling for LPG gas only.

To get better rapport among customer, BPCL need to think seriously about this Shop, either close this shop otherwise day will come BPCL will be losing customer, Just because of silly people BPCL is getting bad name.

However, I will forward this horrible experince to my collegues, in HINDU letters to the editor, if possible I will file a law suit ( in Consumer panel) against the associated working in GOPALAPURAM regency for harassing me and not making the delivery on time.
