I am a BPCL LPG consumer at ABR Gas Agencies, Pattabiram and my Customer number is 18667. I booked my gas cylinder from BPCl by sending SMS to 57333 on 24th July 2012. I received a confirmation SMS immediately after booking that says " Dear Manoranjan M V, your booking reference is 25587752. Please check the sealand insist to check for leakages during the delivery of the cylinder". We got busy with our work and when I called today my agency "ABR Gas Agencies" they say that the booking has been cancelled as we booked 3 days before the actual booking date (They say that booking has to be done after 20 days of receiving the previous cylinder). I asked them then why was my registration accepted accepted and I got a reference number, you could sent a registration failed message? But for that they say it is our duty to check for the cylinder frequently and they do not have a system that sends cancelled requests... How is this possible?
I had similar issue last year of delayed delivery and the Complaint ticket number from BPCl received on 11/8/11 IS C[protected]. Was this information helpful? |
