Customer Complaint no 2750109 dt 18/5/2010
This has ref to the above captioned complaint no given by one of your Customer Care executive named Mr Able.
I have been calling up frequently to your no[protected] & speaking to several executives from 23/4/2010 but i am surprised that nothing has been done till date.
I had a old Petro card (No [protected])which was lost & i got a new replaced card (No [protected]).The old points that were in the old card is yet to be transferred to the new card.For this i must have called more than 4 times(Few dates i remember like 23/4/10;18/5/10)& after explaining the entire episode i am told that the old balance will be transferred to my new card within the next 7 days but it never happpens.
Kindly let me know when this will be done.Instead,if In-Out vouchers can be send it can be send to my mailing address with an intimation.
Pls confirm.

BPCL — balance in petro card
I recieved petro card on 01.02.2011.I had appied for this on 19.11.2010.At that time a scheme was declared to get Rs100 balance in this card but i could not get this balance.kindly solve this problem
