Dear Sir, My name is S. N. Karnekar and I m the user of BPL / Loop mobile co. My cell No. is [protected]. BPL mobile co. directly activate Alert, Mantra and many others Scheme. They have charge of Rs. 10 to 50 every month. I also talk with customer care service on 50555 but they don't have any information regarding when will be this scheme activated on my cell phone. BPL Loop Mobile — overbilling or wrong billing of sms

in my bill they have shown many sms sent to international destinantions while i have not sent.
took up the matter with bpl mobile but they keep on avoiding me .
pls revert as to how to address this issue

BPL Loop Mobile — being charge Rs 5 every day for indian game subscription

I am being charged Rs 5 every day for indian game pack for my mobile [protected] which i had not activated i had also complained this to bpl loop mobile customer service people but they are also not able to help me they had sent deactivation messages but still i am charged for the same and customer care informed me that its a system issue and dont know what to do now
