After registering my complaint what i did about the said line 58888081 is got opened and i could able to deactivate the CRICKET PACK which was wrongly imposed on me and now also i am unaware how they have take from my account in the name of the CRICKET PACK. However on calling in the no 5888, from where i got the massage BPL immediately deducted Rs 7/- from my account over the above due to calling from the outside land line no for talking with mobile assist cost even gone beyond Rs 30/-. I don’t know this end of it or just commencement. How many days, the customers will continue to be deprived in this way due unprotected customer interest policy in our country.

I have taken new connection of BPL prepaid card on 22.01.2009 from NEW COLONY Mobile shop from dombivali east. on 26.01.2009 my incoming and outgoing close. When i called in customer care they informed me that doccument are not submitted thats why they close all the calls. After that i gone to that shop and enquired about my doccument send or not he show me the signature of collection boy collected my doccument on 23.01.2009 his name is sameer from dombivali. When shopkeeper called to sameer he told that he had missed my doccument then shopkeeper given me the number of anupama madam number is [protected] who seats in dombivali bpl mobile gallery she will not help me in to the same to activate my card.I got frusteted this type of poor service by BPL mobile gallery. I am thinking that i inform all my freind circle and family member those who taken BPL connection either not to purchase or disconnect the same.
