BPL SANYO — Worst After Sales Service
BEWARE SANYO Buyers ...BPL SANYO .. WORST Product with WORST after sales service .. NEVER EVER BUY any BPL SANYO products unless u think u will never need their after sales service ..
i purchased a 425 Ltr Refrigerator 3 yrs and the cooling problem started .. called their service ppl for like 3 days in a row and one FRESHER engineer visited our place who advised me to change 2 parts .. was surprised he didnt even check those parts .. he just saw them and told me they arent working .. ( what an expert ) .. anyways like a LAYMAN i asked him to do the needful .. he did the very next day .. charged me 1250/- and asked me to leave it for like 4 hrs .. un touched .. like fools we did what he told .. and the position after 4 hrs was same .. NO COOLING .. called him back .. he told me to send it to the service station .. did what he said again .. kept my fridge under the SO CALLED Observation and sent it back on the 4th day .. told me they repaired and charged 250/- for the transportation .. now my repair cost was 1500/- in total .. i shouldnt have cared if it had started working .. BUT STILL THE SAME .. and the best part .. now they dont even attend .. i have been calling them constantly for almost a month .. ( every alternate day ) and all i get is .. " one of our engineer will visit u today " ( so filled with courtesy ) .. thats the patent thing that i get to hear ..
BRAVO SANYO .. ur lucky to survive in the INDIAN MARKET with such a STUPID after sales service .. HOPEFULLY not for long though ..
