Hi, i have purchased a shirt from brandmile and my order number is BMT800J2. i have received the item but i was shocked when i looked into the item. i have received a half-sleeve shirt as i have ordered for a long-sleeve shirt. My self and my roommate have ordered the same shirt with different colors he had received a right one while i received a wrong one. i have lodged a complaint in their site as well as through the email but none of them replied and i have been trying to reach them on phone for 48 hours but they aren't lifting the phone. I request you to take the complaint and refund my amount. I have attached the screenshot of the complaint. i have sent the email to [protected]@brandmile.com too. Pls respond quickly. i have been trying calling the customer care number for the past 5 days but no one is answering the call and no one is picking up the phone and no one is replying to my email. But these PEOPLE are keeping new items everyday in their website. I request all of you guys never entertain these people who doesn't have proper customer care and have no respect to their customers.

These guys also disabled the comments section in the facebook where as i have accounts in many online shopping sites like fashionandyou, myntra, bestylish etc. they used to respond from the facebook too. i hope by this you guys can understand how they treat their customers. THESE GUYS ONLY NEEDS THE MONEY AND THESE GUYS WON"T HESITATE TO DO ANYTHING TO EARN THE MONEY.
