Horrible app.locked my account for no tese ppl r insane .now i cant return my items also which i hav ordered..customer service ppl r also horrible dnt knw wht to guide.if u ppl r not unlocking my account m going to file a complaint n consumer frm.u ppl cant cheat customers lik tis.i wil c to it i wil get my money back frm myntra ppl..u cant mak ppl fool lik tis .....

Sub:My money do not reflect in my bank account.
I returned 14 items on same date as a 4th Jan and received a mail from you regarding refund request proceeds and return initiated and it will reflect within 7 to 10 working days so pls wait till 16 jan.
But only 4 product refund reflected in my bank account on 15 jan out of 14 product.
Remaining 10 product amount do not show in my bank account. I provide u to my bank statement for better investigation. So plzzz check n refund my 10 products money.

I ordered a number of products from Myntra during EORS. Few products got delivered while other got little delayed and I have to travel out of town. Hence I was not able to receive my product. The product was delivered to the security guard in my office who went on leave for a week when I came back.

I was okay as Myntra anyways has 30 days return policy. On his return I discovered that the blazer that I have ordered in not fitting me. Hence I want to return it. Unfortunately I was not able to see return button over there. So I contacted Myntra customer care on Facebook...

for this i lost my time nd money i called up myntra they are saying always wait for more time we will deliver your product as soon but end of time no response totaly useless service please take a acton on the same

Fake order has been created using my Account -
I am a Bangalore resident who has never been to Mumbai, while a person has logged into my account and placed order - he has provided his address & phone number for delivery.

And the mode of payment is Myntra Credit !!!

Process an official complaint against it. Figure out if it is e-Commerce data theft or Account hack or any other source of failure in system.

I have given a promo code to use on 30th November which was NOV30 and it was valid till midnight 12.00 but when I tried at around 4 o'clock evening, I got error stating that the code is expired.

I called the support team immediately and shared the screenshot of the error. I was promise to give another code.

This issue was went till their Pavitra Narasimhan || Case Manager l Escalation Desk - Myntra. But now they are ignoring all my emails and not replying to me.

On 16th jan 2019 around 2:00am, there is an order made by a hacker using the myntra credits available in my account and the order has been shipped to the mumbai delivery address which is mentioned by the hacker. He has put a invalid phone number (No valid phone number check) and changed the account name but still myntra could not find out that it is security violation.

Myntra has no security validations. I had to call customer care thrice to connect to senior manager and the response i got is that they cannot cancel the order.

I have placed an order on 29th december[protected]-[protected] kurtis) and when i checked for the status on 8th jan, it was showing the product has been delivered on 5th jan but we havent received the product. I have raised the complaint on the same day and i keep on following everyday but i havent received any resolution. I tried to contact the delivery guy number several times which myntra has shared via sms but he didnt answer and after that he blocked our number.

I also have few items to be returned for which the same delivery guy is assigned for return pickup. I thought...

I have placed an order in myntra on 22 dec 2018 and they said that my product is delivered n 31 dec 2018 but i haven't received the package. So i contacted both myntra and xpressbees courier several times, but there is no progress in the issue. They are simply asking us to give sometime but no use. My order id is[protected]-7355701. This is regarding order number[protected]-7188903 (Dorothy perkins women off-white cable knit pullover) and order number[protected]-1596701 (Under armour women white cold gear reactor).

These two products are showing in the app as ‘returned to origin’ but they were delivered to me on 9th january before 3pm by myntra’s delivery agent.

I had handed the full amount in cash to their delivery agent whom i later in the day called asking him to change the app status from ‘returned to origin’ to ‘delivered’ (As this removed the exchange button) and...

Product picked up on 4th jan but didn't received any refund. Received email for incorrect bank details and i sent them again. Call myntra line many time and they told me to wait for 2-3 days or 24-48 hours but nothing is happening. My rs 1093/- stuck. Very bad experience. Even i had words with senior executive they also asure me the same. I ask them to share email for this but they said they can't do so. Why? Ordered a catwalk women flats but received a cheap quality jeans instead.
When i registered a contact, the company was not helpful enough to exchange it and the delivery boy rejected to take the product.
I havebeen trying continuously from my side to register complains without getting any satisfactory result..
It would be of great help if you people show some involvement and help me with this...

I had bought reebok women's black running shoes from myntra. I have raised a return request for the same around the 8th of january 2019 (Return id: [protected]). I returned the item on the 9th of january at around 5pm to rakesh (From myntra). At night i received a message from myntra that my return has been cancelled. I wrote to myntra and informed that my shoes have been returned but not updated on the system. I verified with the pick up person and he assured me that he has returned the item to the facility. I got a wrong product for my order number[protected]-2351903 from myntra.I git a product that is of less value than my ordered product.Inspite of placing complains several times, I am not getting my product exchanged.

E. 15/01/2019, myntra have sent me an email cancelling all the orders (6 items) except one (Oomph gold-toned layered necklace). They did not even call me or sent any sms. The reason that they have mentioned is out-of stock products. So, today i have checked the items online and found out that none of the products were out of stock. They are great liars. I purchased a thermal set from Myntra. Since I was happy with the product I discarded the original packing and price tag but when I wanted to use it I realised the electronic tag was attached to it. I have been requesting return/exchange but the customer care simply refuses to register the complaint. I have the innumerable phone calls recorded, they have simply asked me to get the electronic tag removed myself and point blank refused to register the complaint. Pls suggest how I can get justice ....

As i ordered fossil gen 3 smart watch gun metal from aite myntra on 20 dec 18, so far when i recieved thw order was completely different from the product which i ordered on same sute, thereafter i raised the complain on helpline so far issue wassnt solved, as myntra approved for return and now when iam calling at helpline number they are giving the excuse for 3 days to wait and then they will rectify the issue.
Here from myntra delivery boys they complain about the approval and they are not picking up the packet for return.

Delivery person chetan (Mobile# [protected]) came & picked up size:s on 4/jan. He showed the image that has to be picked up & collected along with other 2 items….
