I had ordered three dress from Myntra at the same time. Two dresses were delivered in the same shipment, however, the third dress was missing. Myntra is claining that the dress was delivered, however, I did not receive the dress. I raised multiple complaints to Myntra and the reponse was same everytime. Very disappointed with Myntra customer support. It has been more than 15–20 days since my prepaid orders were cancelled, yet I still haven’t received my refunds. Every time I contact support, I either get automated replies or get asked to wait again.

One refund of ₹611 was supposedly processed on 1 May, but the amount never reached my account. Another refund of ₹373 is also pending. There is no proper human support...

I had purchased some garments worth around Rs 6800/- in March and I paid using my credit card!
I expected to pay the entire amount but to my surprise I found from my credit card statement that these purchases have been converted to EMI! Upon inquiry my credit card people claimed that the request for converting to EMI came from the merchant, Myntra in this case!

They delivered a wrong product to me on novemeber 2 - 2026 which i paid 1100 rupees for. They did not offer a solution despite 4 months of complaints and numerous customer service calls. They say they will give a solution in 24 hours and never call back or message or respond with an email. The customer service is the worst as they offer nothing but apologize for the inconvenience but never once solved the issue....
