the skywalk at bhandup west is full of filth and paan spit. who maintains it. what about regular cleaning. the security personnel are posted only at west end of the skywalk. nobody even cares about them and they are purely ornamental. in fact they are threatened if they dare to tell people to desist from spitting and littering on the skywalk. also the skywalk, being poorly used, becomes a convenient spot for love birds and would surely lead to unwanted and illegal activities soon.
