I enrolled my son Tushar Dudeja in Brilliant Tutorial for class Xth at the BT, Noida centre at Sector - 63 under enrolment ID no. SMS03UN12001 dated April 8, 2011 and paid 100% fee for one year vide cheque no. 230571 dated April 8, 2011 drawn at RBS, Sector - 18, Noida branch for Rs. 24,026/- against receipt no. 1940 dated April 8, 2011 also paid a sum of Rs. 3,120/- vide cheque no. 230580 dated May 1, 2011 against receipt no. 48349 dated April 30, 2011, In total paid Rs. 27,146/- (Twenty Seven Thousand One Hundred Forty Six Only), but the Noida centre has closed down in September 2011 so the classes has also stopped. Hence, request you to kindly do something and arrange to refund the amount paid by me.

Brilliant Tutorials — company closed

SIR,
I want to complain against my coaching ,which is in ranchi named brilliant tutorials.
the coaching has taken Rs one lakh fivety thousand(150000) at the time addimission during june-2011 for two years,but after five months the coaching head ran away,and from one to two months all the students are sitting at home.
we want you to take quick action because its about 200 students carrer..

Previously I complaint about Brilliant Tutorials 2 years classroom programme at Ranchi center session 2011-13.for lack of service kindly help me regarding refund of fee.
