Subject- Coaching fee refund of Mr. Charchit Sharma


Dear Sir,

This is with ref. to my earlier letter dated 16/9/2009 regarding the above subject. I want to mention the following.

1. My son Charchit Sharma joined BT on 6/7/08 vide receipt no 40969 dtd. 6/7/08 for Rs.43076 & PDC no-622786 dtd. 10/10/08 for Rs. 23969 & PDC no-622787 dtd. 7/4/09 for Rs.23864 total amounting to Rs. 90909.

2. My son attended the coaching classes for almost 01 year & since it was very difficult for him from Ghaziabad I sent a letter dated 16/9/09 duly received by your institution for discontinuation & refund of Rs. 47833 which was paid as PDC’s to you.

3. I could have asked my Bank for stopping the PDC’s payment as my son had intermittently stopped attending classes by then, but being a noble citizen of India I thought that as I have already sent a letter regarding the discontinuation & refund of my payment to your esteemed institution it shall act accordingly.

4. I went abroad for some International commitments with a thought that your Institution might have refunded my payment as per my request.

Since my son has only attended classes for 01 year only while I paid fee for entire 02 years, I again request you to refund me Rs.47833 at the earliest.

My son has attended the coaching classes for almost 01 year & since it was very difficult for him to commute from Ghaziabad, it is requested for discontinuation & refund of fee of Rs. 47833 which was paid as PDC’s to you
