i am a regular purchase of Britannia Marie gold biscuits. on 16th march when i purchased the biscuit from my college store, after having 4-5 biscuits i realized that rest of the 2-3 biscuits are like affected by some insects. i was having biscuits with my friends and if anything would have happen to anyone, i don't know it would have ended in vulnerable problem. immediately i called Britannia complaint number which was given in the packet, but no one picked the called.then i mailed Britannia. Your employee came and met me also he asked me to send the pictures of those biscuits, i did that, but till now I din get any reply.
i have lost trust to purchase your product. .the biscuits are still with me, I never expected this type of bad quality biscuit you provide. please advice as to why I should not take legal action through the media and consumer forum, I expect an early reply from your end.

britannia marie gold — Experiencing powdered stone in biscuits
we purchased Britannia Marie Gold pack for Rs25 of 337 gm.LOT No. 12219 PACKED ON DATE 15/04/2010. I am regular customer for this product but to my observance today 7th June 2010, that while eating these biscuits i felt contains crushed stones in biscuits. i cant imagine it happnes in biscuits. so I gave it other family members to verify it, and all experience the same. that of biscuits contains the powdered stone which can not be observed by open eyes. I am extremly unhappy with it. I have preserved the remaining biscuits to verify the same for you. can you get in touch with me to get it tested and correct the product or make a stringent quality check.
