Hello Sir,
I am Surendra Nath Chintapalli, I took a 3G Post Paid SIM in a six months offer by paying (4200/- + 2000 = 6000/-).
Number is [protected], A/c No[protected].
I took this connection from a BSNL Marketing agent.
Complaints -
1. Inspite of paying full 6 months tariff for an Unlimited Plan, the BSNL accounts section put me in the wrong plan and they disconnected me and kept on sending me the bills for every month. when contacted they gave different numbers and finally the Account section restored my connection and said that they will correct the mistake.
They never corrected the mistake and still I am getting the bills.
2. The BSNL 3 G connection is not at all working in Alwerpet (Chennai), When informed to the technical department they said they are aware of this problem and they are trying to rectify that but are not sure when they will be able to fix this. From last one month this problem is there and no BSNL 3 G SIM is working.
3. In the BSNL portal there is no place for launching a 3G SIM related complaints all that we have to do is to call the customer care and then follow their instructions for getting other numbers.. if the customer is lucky then he will get some accounts department or technical department number.
When i asked the accounts department that I am not at all able use the 3G services from last one month hence wanted to disconnect the services and also requested then to pay back my rest of the money for 4 months.. they said this is not at all possible.
All this shows that BSNL is doing a DAY LIGHT ROBERRY by cheating the comman people making false claims on 3G speed (3.6MBPS) and taking the money in advance for the service which they never gives.
-> Please cancel my connection and give back my money, I will wait for your reply for a week then will take this issue to MEDIA and CONSUMER FORUM.
And my act should not be looked as any kind of offence on BSNL.
