BSNL — 3g problem, no response from customer care executives | |||
I have a BSNL3G Sim. from last 2 weeks 3G is not working. The 3G symbol sometimes appears & suddenly disappears. i have told this problem to at least 15 customer care executives, but no result. Nobody knows what is the problem. Everybody have their own suggestions and most of them are Similar to each other, some executives are so dumb that they disconnect the line when told about the problem. I don't know why BSNL had recruited such employees. If Any responsible person from BSNL is reading this he will know about my problem if he check the calls which are recorded for their internal audits.Its the 3rd week now, I am still facing the problem & have decided to change my BSNL Sim.
