We are facing to connectivity problems from five months continue so i am not satisfied of your service so we want to withdrawal our BSNL broadband connection .

i have unlimited home connection since the day one, when broadband connection was started in dayalbagh, my no is 2800064. but since more then 1 year, humming sound in phone and boradband link on god mercy, i also send regd compalin to GM office, but is of no use, i dont know when BSNL will update his this poorest service.

Please, Tell me address of this mobile No` Person ([protected]) with Full Name & Address.

We have two Telephone Nos. 2642068 & 2640481 which we had face the noise problem too much. In this regards we was complained in your repective office sevral times. But till time we dont have any solution.

i have a telephone connection no 2800064 since the day one of exchange starts in dayalbagh, and since the day one when broadband start at dayalbagh, have bsnl broadband unlimited home plan. since more then years facing telephone noise and broadband no link problem. i also wrote a complain to GM office, but no sultion. dayalbagh exchange staff is so non-coperative even they did not see compalin register. i am helpless, how to get rid off this trouble. junior staff ko request kiyaa to kahtee hain BSNL ke peeche kyon pade ho, itnee saree company hain aur koyee le lo. pl help me

my telephone number and brodband connection is not working since last 3 or 4 monts .i pesonally complain to sdo dayal bagh .but he is not intrsted in solving my problems.what he thinks i dont know.when i forward application for disconnecting my brodband ...he writs this no is working properly and signed my application .
i think just to hide his mistake or save his staff.even 6-1- 2010 means today when he write this no is working...really no is not working you can check it.hole staff is totally irresponsible.

I have broadband connection on[protected] and having my Email ID [protected]@dataone.in, but bsnl introduce new platform mail.dataone.in. I have tried to load the same but every time failed due to incorrect server address and user ID & password.

Please do the necessary help

sir i have a bsnl broadband connection for last 3 months, but your company not provide me net connectivity properly. there is some problem in land line where my connection stablished. so sir i have a complaint that if your team can not provide supply them why gave connection, i consulted in your before connection. them they gave guarantee for proper supply. now till connection starting i have not get DSL properly. before deepawali i complaint in your shaheed nagar office. after than dated 29/10/2014 i complaint targhar personaly & many time inform at no 2460700, so dear sir if you could not provide connectivity them why i pay your bill so if folt not resolved pls disconnect the line, there is also a question sir that who is liable for the loss in these months,
sir i take connection for a CSC center, without net i could not completed our job, so i suffer many problem from public, but your department not co-operate me,
