When the amount is being paid directly by ECS system, your responsibility is to maintain the balance in the account..Assuming your account has balance, the question of late payment, part payment don't arise.There may be delay on the part of their banker in executing the ECS for which you are not responsible..You may issue warning to them

U Telecom — Excessive billing
I have been U telecom customer since 2 years. with Relation ship no: 261015.My problem started since Feb 2009 when i changed my House. I requested for the House move to them and paid the 500 Rs fee for that.
I requested them to change on or after 15 march. they disconnected my services on 15 March and did not installed till 20 April. During this period there was no of call and communication was held with U telecom customer care. Finalyy after 1 month i got the connection but a bill of that period as well which they promised to waive off as the installation was not done. Till now this wave off is not been done. Everymonth on 15 my connection is disconnected and then i have to remind them of the wavier and then only after 2 days they restart it.
The services provided at U telecom is really as they dont even entertain the customers.
