I had submitted a grevience in the year 2010,the grevience code is DOTEL/E/2010/03305.I had also given another complaint recently complaint no P/RC/UG/11/[protected] So far there is no change or better signal quality and no action is taken to improve the services,We are awaiting 3G services but Bsnl seems to be sleeping over it,I want to know why the indifference when ooty,kotagiri and coonoor seems to have got 3G,why Gudalur,Pandalur,Attikunna and Uppatty have not got 3G services so far Was this information helpful? |
I regret in write that my phone no was[protected] the same handed over to the office on 30-.-04-2011
I was advised to collect the deposited money on july2011 15th. Nearly four times I had been to your esteemed
customer service whenever I had been there I got response from the good customer service stating that My cheque about Rs835
was sent to you or credited in my bank a/c. Really The Nilgiri BSNL Proves their colour neither of the said action had been done
Please arrange to get me what I deposited I hope that you will do me the needful in getting money at earliest.
