Hi All,
My broadband connection has been disconnected for over a month now though the bill has been paid in advance for the coming full one year. BSNL officials are completely irresponsible and rude. I have raised 2 complaints via telephone and have visited the BSNL echange office located at HBR Layout, Bangalore for over ten times now.
All they have to say is there is a cable fault but take no action to rectify it. They have provided me numerous numbers of the BSNL head (Mr Baig) for the exhange. The numbers are either inactive or the officials do not respond to the queries. Due to unavailability of private network providers I opted for BSNL and the service provided is utter rubbish and sluggish.
I would appeal to the consumer court to take strict action against the BSNL officials so that the other consumers do not face such inconvenience.
