I think this is the BSNL which is india's no 1 Telecom leader but the leaders in BSNL are not really leaders. They are not really working what they have to do in the sack of customers interest.
From Sept 27th 2008 I have been waiting for a land line connection and also I had moved here and there in BSNL office (Indiranagar Main Office)more than 4 times and called up many times but no response.
What is this? If BSNL is not interest to offer good service to customer then BSNL should tell this at the begining means during of the applying time. After visiting BSNL office 5-6 times I got WLL set (Phone no[protected] last month that is 27th January but still now I am waiting for instalation of WLL. I had called up BSNL office many times and got the response that today they are going to install it. And for last 4 days when I have been trying to call that same number[protected], I am getting response that it is a wrong number and this is not BSNL office.
Last week I had also written 2 grievances to Office of the Principal General Manager, BangaloreTelecom District, Telephone House, Raj Bhavan Road, Bangalore-1.through online but no result. Was this information helpful? |
