Hello All,

My internet is not working.
I had raised a complaint on 1st june and its still pending.
how many days will it take to solve?
also my phone goes dead everyday and just works for 30 minutes per day.
i am not able to log new complaint as your system says, already a complaint is there.
please let me know when will you be able to solve these issues ? will you be able to solve these ???
how many days will you take to solve ???????????
what a pathetic connection is BSNL ???

My Phone is dead almost everytime and some days its just working for 30 minutes and then its dead again.
is someone else using my number and making calls in that period ??
how many days will you keep my phone dead???
No response to my complaint till now.

Call was given for fault repearing of this telephone line at North Gate office of your department on 24th August 2009 (vide booking reference number 64638) and also personal request was given to Mr. S. R. Dighal, JTO(East) on 26/08/2009. But, the telephone line has not yet been rectified.
I am using the Internet through this phone and so I have to face lot of troubles due to the fault of the telephone.
So, I am to request you kindly to make necessary arrangement to rectify the fault of the telephone mentioned above immediately and thus oblige me thereby.

Employees in bsnl are like old donkey sitting on their chair with no work and not even willing to work. I applied for my internet on phone..8 weeks back no action till today. Please do something. Fedup of these lazy workers in BSNL.
