Sir/Madam, i have the connection of bsnl BROADBAND in jammu
with plan 299combo plan, my ph no. is [protected], the speed of my
internet is very slow for last two months and ph is disturbed, with so
many complaints to the customer care, before they didn,t pick up phone,
some time no reply in the working hrs, then on dtd 07/5/2010 i send mail
for complaint of speed and password for user account, till date there
is no response, the web side for selfcare is not working, Only they
charge long [protected]@ RS 2000 P/M, but didn,t send it to my address, i
often go to this bsnl office to find the bill in a long que. they are
charging too much from the customer but service is totally zero, there
is BIG loss to me, i need good service and genial bills, Now I REQUEST to you that please
look in to the matter as soon as possible &
