BSNL Broadband — Not getting speed as per plan | |||
I am currently subscribed to BSNL Broadband internet service. I have changed my internet plan to "BBHome Combo ULF900" as of 22/SEP/2010. As per the plan I am supposed to get 4Mbps speeds for first 8GB download. Till date my speed has not crossed 600 kbps. Inspite of several complaints, the problem is not rectified. The complaint is forwarded to the telephone department and they close to complaint as the phone is working fine. When I call the customer service ( [protected] ) they just register the complaint and it is forwarded to the telephone department. I am not sure how to get my problem solved. BSNL — No speed as per plan
I have a broadband connection of bsnl. I have chosen Rs.900+tax plan and I was offered 4.1kpbs speed by the authorities during the installation. But till now I am able to get only 100 mpbs speed only. I have complained via phone and personally requested them to fix the problem(not yet given them a written complaint). Till now no action they could taken, though I have been paying the rent as per the plan I have chosen. Kindly take necessary steps to fix my problem and pay me back the excess money collected from me.Thanks.
