BSNL Broadband — bill discount

I am using BSNL broard band connection from feb month at bangalore. My phone consumer no is 53804508
Tel no is 25445309.Since i have opted for Electronic clearance system, i got discount --ECS discount for
Feb month.But no discount is made for the march month bill of 946.37 ( bill no [protected] )
Pl allow the ECS discount for this bill also.
my ECS registration no is288196 from Vijaynagar computer billing centre.
