BSNL Broadband — Lost Portal ID

I've lost my portal ID...so i m unable to check my account usage...plz...help me...

If ever any worst company award will be given it should be th BSNL company...Its one of the worst company in the world...I have a BSNL broadband connection, first month bill was corect of RS 300 but for the second month my bill was RS 4500. I checked my portal id total usage was 1.5 GB out of which 1 GB was free my extra usage was only 500 MB something which costs nearly RS 450 but they charged me nearly RS 3900 extra. No response was given to me when i complained 3 times...

Please anyone help me & suggest what to do next for my problem...

I am S M Sriram writing from Thiruvlla, Kerala. I lost my portal id and password.I am not ale to get my usage. I lost my id because of very unprofessional approach by the bsnl workers who came and installed the components. They did not tell us anything about it and so we discarded the box on which the id was scribbled.please take necessary steps to ensure this does not happen again. thanking you
