I have been getting internet connection intermittently since last two months and that too much below the subscribed speed. Many times complaints have been lodged but response in poor. Twice service executive have come and seen the problem and acknowledged but no one has addressed it till date. Would request to sort out problem and reverse the rental charged for last two months. BSNL — intermittency in internet connection

Sir,
I got BSNL broad band internet connection at my house. i am unable to use internet services due to most frequent failure of connectivity and many time error code 678 is generated. I wiil be greatly thankful if my complaint is resolved.
