i am living in kalpakkam. I am having bsnl broadband connection. My telephone number is[protected]. My broadband is not working form 11th may 2009. i have logged many complaints to bsnl office in kalpakkam. But no response from them. My Broadband adsl link is down. No one is giving proper response. Me too having same problem in Madipakkam. Escalated the complaint to Senior officers... do the same.
