[Resolved] BSNL Broadband — Rebate on Broadband Error

I have BSNL broadband connection Home500C from 28th june 2009.My broadband was not worked in time period of 3rd july 2009 to 20 july 2009(18 days).I have mad complaint on 3rd july 2009 my complain no is 6366458 and my complaint solved on 20th july.So I want rebate on broadband bill for this reason but in BSNL office they simply reject my request for this.Please help me in this matter. I have BSNL broadband connection Home500C .My broadband was not worked in time period of 13th july 2009 to 24 september 2009.I have mad complaint on 13th july 2009 my docket no is K3208 .So I want rebate on broadband bill for this reason .Please help me in this matter.
