IAM USING 500COMBO+ BROADBAND PLAN..

I GET IT ON 1MONTHS BEFORE..

I WAS DOWNLOADED SOME SONGS IN MORNING I.E NIGHT TARIFF I WAS UTILISING...

BUT THE DOWNLOAD VOLUME IS SHOWING OVER...MENAS I USED ONLY 964 MB OF NET BUT I HAD DOWNLOADED 0.96 GB...WHICH IS ADDED TO MY TOTAL VOLUME..

PLS ISUUE MY COMPLAINT...AND SOLVE IT AS SOON AS POSSIBLE..

ALSO IAM GETTING VERY LESS SPEED NEAR ABOUT 130KBPS OUT OF 2MBPS...

PLS ISSUE THIS SO THAT I CAN ACCESS MY NET FASTLY AND CAN NJOY!!!...
