we have taken bsnl broadband since 15 days .The bsnl official from gopalapatnam, visakhapatnam area came, and not installed any drivers and said there is problem in modem and never responded after calling sooo many times also. we are irritated by calling to the customer care.no one is responsible for customers.plz make the problem solveble Was this information helpful? My complaints have not been solved since two months

To whom soever it may concern,

This is to bring into your kind notice that I have a BSNL broadband connection, it is not working since two months and i have registered continuous complaints against it in BSNL office, but no action took place since three months and I have been paying the bills sincerely.
So, I request you to please look into this matter and solve my problems as soon as possible.

My broadband connection bill has come this week we have taken a unlimited plan and the bill came in limited 250 plan our bill is so high because we used around 12 gb because it was unlimited and our bill came in 250 plan which was earlier used by us we have a bill amount of rs:1,500.this is too high.so please take an action against it....
