[Resolved] BSNL Broadband — had not cancelled broadband connection | |
Dear sir i was using bsnl broadband and unfortunatly i had to shift to other house so i went to bsnl office and ask the procedure. They told that we cant accept cancellation of Broadband as well as shifting of land line at a time (Both togather). As per his guidence i gave cancellation application, and he told to give cancelation after few days. Then there after when again i went to office for change of land line connection they told that there is some problem in server we are not able to entery your change of Land line connection please do come after few days. In between this more than a month passed and at last i was able to submit the land line connection application, and ther after 4-5 days i got the land line transfered. But when i got the bill i came to know that my Broadband connection was still not cancled....... and i was charged for that month. On asking them why i have been charged for the broadband connection they replied that they had not received any application regarding cancelation application. I had send them an application mentioning all above matter but they didnt give any response to that. Please guide me or do the needfull to get me reembursement. Was this information helpful? | |

I applied for a new broadband connection on 2-1-10 at Thuthiyoor, Kakkanad. Connection is not get yet now. I contacted at Panampilly nagar and Kakkand local exchanges several times. What action may i take for getting the connection ? Please take necessary steps for getting the connection immediately. What is the minimum time required for a new BSNL Broadband connection ? mob: [protected]
