[Resolved] BSNL Broadband — No response on wireless complaint | |
I have taken BSNL landline plus broadband connection. The wired connection is working but the wireless connection is not working. My landline no is[protected]. Several time I called to[protected] but every time they take about 30-45 minutes but no solution to the problem. Please help me. Was this information helpful? | |

After repeated calls to the customer service in koramangala, our problems are not rectified.
They are very much lazy in their services. Because of which we are having lot of problems.
I have a plan of 4MBPS speed wherein I get the speed of harly 256kbps. They keep telling he will rectify, but the people are least bothered about their works.
