I am Sanjeev with number[protected], last 14 days my wireless connection is not working inspite of my filing regular complaints everday, i file a complaint in the morning and without any action the complaints are closed in the evening,,my last complaints 0809/315, 0909/262, and new complaint filed today 1709/0481..with your forum i request to kindly take up the matter with senior authorites and get my net restored.

I have taken a broadband from BSNL with number .[protected].Its been couple of months that i am trying to get my BSNL broadband working. I escalated to the authorities many times. Out of 10 times that i call 2 times they come and check but the issue is never resolved, No proper response from any of the authorities . I went and met them personally also how ever the bill is always sent out to me through message on my mobile for 3 times - never a hard copy is sent . Hope this is going to be escalated. When ever i register a complain calling they immediately close the complaint from their system without even checking the issue . When i asked the AE says i dont know how it got closed, If you want i can provide the information of the authorities and their numbers.
