i bought a new bsnl modem and connected broadband to my system last week from that day i am trying to check my data usage by entering my portal id and it is not working so please kindly help me

Hi to whom ever it is concerned My name is Praveen Kumar .I am a subscriber of Dataone.Whenever i try to check the usage of broadband using the ID which was given to me.It says invalid username or password .And i use the same username and password to connect to internet . Please help me to find out the usage of broadband .
