1. My phone no is[protected] with brodband .On 19 nov 2009 , i ve submitted an application for change of my broadband plan from HOME 500 C + to HOME 750+ , which is an UNLIMITED downloading plan which was supposed to be activated from 1 dec 09
2 There was no monthly bill generated for the month of Nov 09.
3 Bill for month of Nov - Dec 09 was received in Jan 10 ,with a huge amount of Rs 6383 as net payment .
4 On enquiring i came to know tht my Broadband plan is still HOME 500 C+ and was not changed to UNLIMITED download plan ( HOME 750 +) and thts why bill is so huge.At the same time one more application for previous settlement of bill( for Phone Unserviceable period ) was also given ,which was adjusted in this bill.
5 This fault is purely from the administration and not from my side and hence my bill should be re generated as per Home 750 + plan .

BSNL Broadband — unserviceability of broadband
I have bsnl broadband connection.Most of the times connectivity goes off .It was most harrashed time for me when connectvity was not available from 5 Jun09 & on complaint it was stated that connetvity would be restored by Monday only (sat&sun holiday) Even I had to contact[protected] thrice on 8Jun(mon) to get it connected.Please take appropriate action to aoid reoccurence
