BSNL Broadband — Unable to BB usage after launching new website by BSNL Govt Babus

W e are totally dark about usage details with New website by Great Govt Babus We are astonished to get answer in only Explorer and dont know to technicalities The customer service attenders so pity they dontknow about abcd of broadband these people are wasting national resouces immediate actions is sought for such collusal handling.
