i have been using broadband service for the last one year. but sadly, i am not getting the kind of service, i was expecting. frequently i get disconnected while surfing the net. i can not remember the last time i surfed the net uninterrupted for one hour. in every 10 to 15 minute the dsl light on the modem either start bleeping or just goes out leaving me disconnected and as a result frustrated. i am not sure if i could complete this letter without having to redialing for connection once. so you can understand my plight. i have complained to the concerned dept, the local fault centre many times regarding this. but , without any result sir.. please do something about it sir. b.n. biswal

BSNL Broadband Complaints have no response from July august Sept 2012 but do not give attention our land line OK telephone is OK but net is work but
downloading is not work
