BSNL Broadband — unable to see about my usage

i dont know for what sake this BSNL people have kept the site for account checking using that site is a hellbound experience, one is it never works or shows error in password.i dont know how to check my usage, i am trying to acess this site for past three days.but it is of no use..

please let me know everyday how much usage done in my connection.

I am using broadband plan 250. I used to check broad band usage daily, but for phast three days it doesnt shows the usage.. It shows only the past third day's usage only.. Please tell me whats the problem occured..

Pls send me my portal Id & password.
It may be i am forgot it.

i am regularlly usinng your BB service but i am using my user name & password to check useses it says '
