[Resolved] BSNL Broadband — Broad band installed | |
My Telephone No. 26687433 I got installed BSNL broad band for my home and it was installed around 20/04/08. Eversince, installed, it is not working and the person installed informed me that the cabling is not correct for which i need to contact my builder of the apartment. However, my builder has proved that the cabling is perfect and shown me the connectivity test for the cable. I have been calling and complaining about the issue to JTO Ms. Dakshyayini on[protected] and Mr. Nagaraj who installed the broad band in my home on 20128591 and[protected] I am paying the broad band charges for the last 2 months without using the facility.
