BSNL Broadband — not providing the broad band due to Port Availability | |
dEAR SIRS I HAVE LAUNCHED A COMPLAINT REGARDING MY BROAD BAND CONNECTION WITH BANGLORE PUBLIC GRAVIANCE BUT ALL IN VAIN MY NO IS[protected] AURANGABAD MAHARASHTRA INDIA AFTER EMAIL TO PUBLIC GRAVIANCE ALL OF A SUDDEN THE AURANGABAD EXCHANGE PEOPLE CALLED ME AND TOLD ME THAT YOUR LOGIN ID CREATED. THE PERSON WHOM THEY EMPLYED FOR CONNECTION ARRIVED AT MY PLACE ON 09-6-08 AND INSTALLED THE NESSESARY HARWARE LIKE MODEM AND CABLING BUT DUE TO NON PORT AVAILABILITY AT SHIVAJINAGAR EXCHANGE THEY SAID THEY CAN NOT PROVIDE ME THE CONNECTION. I am the user of telephone number[protected] and i am using internet with it of plan 750 plus...
from last month i am facing a problem of connectivity...i complaint about it and they repaired my parameters n cleared the line even then it didnt worked... ... then i was told to reset the password though didnt worked, i called up a private internet service provider did some work in router n it worked... When i asked him about it he said i used the old password n he charged me sum 200 rs, other ip address, which worked for sum 3 weeks
n know i am facing the same problem...
the reason of reaching you is that when ever i am complaining about this the bsnl person are telling me that ur system is not fine or my modem is not right...even there is no technical person available...
please do look in the matter...
