BSNL Broadband — broadband is not working since five days and the helpline number 1957 seems continuous busy.no one is ready to hear or answer our complain

My land line number is[protected].I have taken 750 unlimited home plan. From 1 month I am not able to connect my internet. It is giving Error 678. I have complaint about it to 1957, 1500 and at my nearest bsnl brodband exchange but till now action was not taken, because of it I am suffering from many problems.
As soon as possible Please try to solve my problem I will be very thankfull for it.

i am unable to connect to internet in WINDOWS VISTA as it is asking the dial up no. can any one tell me what is the dial up no for BSNL BROADBAND

sir bsnl charge 480mb extra to me .they added 480 mb of 30th june in july month.this is not fair .pls any one can tell what can i do for this exta charges pls help me
