[Resolved] BSNL Broadband — Not able to get connection

I had applied for BSNL broadband after receiving landline connection from the same. I visited number of times to BSNL office for getting the connection but everytime they say that they will first check the line and the connection feasibility. its over a month but not a single BSNL employee is seen looking into the matter. i m looking for the connection as early as possible but it seems to me that it is not possible in near future...thanks to BSNL. Since last three year we are using bsnl telephone and we are using also broadband connection from 20 Feb 2010 but we are suffering lots of problem with broadband like not getting proper connectivity
whenever we lunch the complaint in bsnl office bsnl staff not giving proper reply. connectivity coming and going lots of time in a day i hopes you will take some action aginst our complaint.
