I am living in Neelangarai, Chennai. Our broadband is not working from the last one month onwards. We have done lot of complaints through online as well as customer care. We went directly to BSNL office three times. But no officers were there. We got vexed with this problem. Atleast we want to disconnect the broadband. But we paid for modem too. We don't know what to do...

I am living in saidapet, chennai. Our broadband is working but connection is very slow. If we connect in the morning we can think of getting connection only in evening or night If we try in the night we get connection only in morning Very bad service . No care is taken to rectify problem. Nor easy to contact broadbank office. Customer care only take the complaints but no repair takes place. pl improve service and maintenance.Always 678 will appear and keep re dialing. Patience is required . How much Patience...?.
I have applied for new BSNL broadband connection on 09/01/2009 and I got the phone on 20/01/2009 (approx), could you pleases let me when can I get the Broadband connection (whether it may before or after the first month bill generated).
Note: I requested for Broadband connection not for Telephone connection.
