BSNL Broadband — NET GETTING DISCONNECTED | |
HI, i m praveen, i have a compliant on bsnl broadband service.though giving lot of complaints to bsnl customer care... it's really waste of our time. i had a problem .. after 9pm net is getting disconnecting and again net will be working only in the morning time that's after 9... give lots of complaints to bsnl there is no proper response.. The Broad Band Connectivity on my telephone [protected] has not been working satisfactorily for the last two months. It gets disconnected after five - ten minutes of connection. I have to switch off Modem again and again and then switch ON physicaly, after 5 - 10 minutes it gets disconnected again. It is very difficult to down load and upgrade my windows file system. I have made complaints through the help line on 27th March 2009 vide complaint no 11982 and on 7th April 2009 vide complaint no 12397 respectively. I do get calls from the conserned officials seeking directions to my house an engineer visited my house and changed the IP address but problem is still persisting and the same is in the knowledge of that engineer.
BSNL is one of the main Broad Band Service Provider. The connectivity shall be continueous till the user wants to disconnect.
May I kindly request to look into the matter and direct a competent engineer to attend the same.
