[Resolved] BSNL Broadband — Link failure of broadband | |
I have taken broad band connection in the month of july08 with rs 750/- unlimited scheme from your office at Satoyabala Exchange Howrah, WB. From last 10 days internet services have become from bad to worse and internet does not get connected for most of the time i have personally lodged complaint to T.K. Modok. but No action been taken. They just tell me to call on [protected]. After calling this number, they said that this the customer care only for Bsnl Mobile. So how Can i solve the problem?? Surajit Dhar, 26555916 [protected]. Broadband — link faliure
time to time faliure of connection.disturbing since two months.lodge complain day after day.but fond no response.why you are neglecting your customer.someone asking through telephone about the service.after listening complaint.cut the line.no action is taken.please be serious.BSNL Broadband — link fail
everyday there is link problem in broadband. my plan is 750 per month but there is no use of it because of bsnl . please do something YES I am facing the same problem for one whole month now...numerous complaints but no resolution. I guess even God is helpless against BSNL.

Broadband-BSNL — BSNL Broadband link failure
Dear Sir,I am regretfully saying that BSNL broadband service is going to hell and a headache for customers. I am a customer of BSNL Broadband 250 scheme. I have link problem from more than a month which no one is taking responsibility to solve. I need to surf everyday as I am a researcher and my work is getting severely affected because of the nonsense delay of concerning officers. When I met officers they always agreed that the particular line is not working but not doing anything other than avoiding my complaint.
I am really frustrated with these type of despairing service of BSNL and not getting any hope that my connection will be revive in future.
