[Resolved]  BSNL Broadband — NOT CONNECTING

My bsnl broadband is not connecting for one weak. May be a problem for password. Error 691 is shown

My broad band connection under phone no.[protected] is not getting connected for the past oneweek. It is showing verifying user name and password and showing error 691. Kindly look in this problem and kindly see that connection is arranged at the earliest.

i am continuously trying to check my account but my account is not opening. i also complain it two or more times but no response???????my complaint no is 1169193. i hope this time there will be a positive reponse.

BSNL Broadband — NOT CONECTING

WE THE COSTEMER USING THE BSNL BROADBAND UNDER SUPERVISION OF VIJAYAWADA DIVISION, BANTUMILLI EXCHANGE WITH USER NAME bolla_29_vja ARE NOT GETTING INTERNET CONNECTION.THOUGH WE COMPLAINED TO J.E(BANTUMILLI DIVISION) NO USE.HE IS REPLYING THAT THERE IS A CABLE FAULT BUT HE IS NOT TAKING STEPS FOR REPLACING THE CABLE.

No any response will come from any side, since all BSNL engineers are fool... they are unable to resolve the problem, reason for this comment is that since I have also face problem in BSNL broadband but they told me every thing is right and problem in ur laptop, but I told him problem in ur LINK.

dear sir i have bought bsnl broadband 15 days ago but the link is still not available on the modem type 2
10 times i have gone to telephone line man but he has done noti=hing for it kindly solve the matter as the charges are started but it is not working thanking u

my telephone no is [protected] rohtak bsnl broadband customercare is very poor services. main kai bar complained kiya hai par koi responce nahi hai mera connection bar bar disconnect ho jata hai mera mobile no [protected] hai

i have using bsnl broadband... but it is not connecting.. already i was complaint many times.. untill they are did not solve my probs... please solve my problem.

My telephone details is [protected]also internet connection. from last 25days.telephone is dead.
I have complained through fault report ason[protected] as per locket no k 967.there was no response, no staff of BS N L come to rectify the problem. I have to pay monthly rent without using phone and net .
Further I submit that my phone number is working four or five days in a month. if still my complaint is not sorted out, I am planning to dis-connect my telephone.
I kindly request you to please take a action as early as possible
