We have rquested for BSNL Broadband connection on 01-Dec-2007 and we have beengiven 15-Jan-2008 as a deadline to get the connection. But until now we haven't got the connection. So please look into it and get it done at the earliest.

BSNL Broadband — no broadband connection in time

hello every one i have taken connection from bsnl hyderabad charminar i heard bsnl is a good service provider well may be bsnl is good but surely people are rude, dont offer help for sure, lots of courroption i have to pay them money cause they gave connection of 100 mts i dont know why this people are so greedy . its one week know but there is no broad band connection when i called them they are saying it will take 2 days more every time i cantact them they say the same thing if this continues i dont think that bsnl can keep its name it will be a big isp but without satisfied clients/customers so bsnl people pls improve.

BSNL Broadband — Broadband connection

While connectin to brodband I am getting error 678.
I have to change my 125 plan into 750 unlimited home plan. I have requested for it 3 month before but I have not got any feed back

I got the BSNL modem on July 30, 2008 but till now the connection is not established. I have complaiant many times through website/using customer care and many times I visited the BSNL office and registered the complaints. But no use.I din't see such a bad service from BSNL, because of this only everybody is opting private conncetion.Their service will be super.In BSNL, everybody says within 2 days the problem will be solved, but nothing happened after many weeks also!!!I have complaint to Divisonal Manager also, same result.Now I don't know who will solve this problem.And one more they are not ready to solve this issue but they are very much interested to send the bill.Now I have to pay the money for my broadband connection without using a sinle bite.The most funny thing we need to keep on logging the complaints otherwise they will clsoe all the complaint without informing and without solving that also!!!

We had applied for Broadband connection 1 year 4 months before but still we have not received the connection. The modem is bought but the connection is not started from the exchange. We have complained many times but there is no response from the company. We come under Gorai pada, Vasai E Telephone Exchange BSNL

Every 2nd day the error code flashes out as no 678 or 691. What to do? no 24 hrs call service is available to take promt action.

BSNL — BSNL Broadband connection

My BSNL Broad band connection has been not working since Dec 2008. I have repeatedly made complaints to the exchange, but till date i have not got any response. My phone number is[protected]. I have been regularly getting Billed for the internet, modem charges and monthly rental, but no move has still been made to rectify this problem. Kindly look in to this at the earliest.

In my computer braodband connection with no [protected] is not available from 12 April todate .. I have tried to contact with then with all of my effort .they have just provide me some docket no ..but with out any fruitfull steps till now ...These guys are till dumb, non productive response ..

BSNL Broadband — Waiting for BroadBand Connection

Hi, On 14/7/2009 I have applied for Broad Band connection, Order No:[protected]. Its been almost 3 weeks but I haven't received or heard a word from BSNL executive.
While applying I was promised connection in 2-3 days now it turned into 2-3 weeks and now I am afraid it may take 2-3 months for executing this simple job.

I shifted my residence from Narayanguda to Safilguda, Hyderabad 35 days ago.
Though a new bsnl number has been given and started working from 28 June 2009
my broadband connection has not been restored till date. My complaint to 12727
has not made any progress. Tell me what to do? I feel that I should not be charged
for broadband services for the month of July 2009. Kindly respond.
