Sir I have the honour to inform you that I am a consumer of BSNL against mobile no-[protected]. I sent messages for Excel power activation on 19/7/10 & 20/07/10.But till today have not got this service.I have contacted with Bsnl customer care several times but they tells me that the service will be activated shortly.Till today I am waiting for that but no results. To day I have also sent a message for excel power i.e. EXCELP [protected] [protected] but I got an error message"your second no is STD Landline this can not be done, Landline must be from same circle" what is this?
