[Resolved] BSNL Broadband — MODEM NOT WORKING | |||
I am a resident of ind. area cheeka.I have bought bsnl broadband but since the first day the wi-fi is not working. It's been more than a month now and daily i am going to the bsnl telephone exchange but untill now no action has been taken.The person in charge is Mr.Sushil and the customer care no. is [protected]. Also i have paid the fixed rent of internet broadband along with the full price of modem.So its a humble request from our side to help us out in this matter. Was this information helpful? | |||

i anil satya kumar phone no:24040914.i got broadband connection ten days beforebut the modem is not working. the adsl link is not constant. i complained about these problem in saroornagar bsnl office .i didnot get any response from them.so, please change the old modem with new.thanking you
