BSNL Broadband compyplan — UNAVAILABLE OF BROADBAND CONNECTION

My computer hads virus and reprogrammed and after the Broadband connection is not available. So pl re instal the broadband connection on my system. The installation which gave to me is missing noe. So pl send the service executive with broadband installation CD immediately as I have to submit a thesis for Phd Research Examination. Pl attend it at the earliest. Thanks & Regards K. Dear Sir/Madam: maine broadband connection liya hua hai.Broadband ki DSL light stable nahi ho rahi maine bahut baar complaints ki lekin abhi tak koi response nahi mila.Mera Complaint Nimber:973036, 974295, 979483 hai.Is ke baad bhi koi nahi aaya, aur agar isi tarah chalta raha to main apna broadband connection disconnect karwadunga.Meri aapse requested is problem ko jald hi short-out kariye.Thank You
